Bender Ball: Two Thumbs Up

Working out doesn't have to be an investment of hours - driving to the gym through traffic, waiting for machines, working out, driving back through the traffic again. Just a few minutes every day with the mini stability ball in the cozy comfort of home increases my energy, strengthens my core muscles, quickens my reflexes and improves my outlook. I found this independent review a while back on dailyspark.com - they give the bender ball two thumbs up, decided that it does indeed live up to the hype.

Bender Ball and Band

It turns out that the resistance band is a really versatile tool. It totally gives a boost to the arm exercises. And really gives the shoulders a challenge, too. Even the buttocks exercises benefit from the band. So don't stop with the bender ball - give the resistance band a try too, for a well rounded workout.

Well Rounded Workout

The Bender Ball gives such a well rounded workout. But I'm wondering how many of you integrate other workout styles into your week, for example, weight training, or yoga, or running. Do you go to the gym regularly? Do you attend other fitness classes?

Selective Stabilization = Secret Weapon

The secret weapon is Selective Stabilization. This is when you focus all your mental and physical energy to where you need it most. Crunchless abs, strong, sculpted arms, tight buns - all while cranking up the intensity with the Bender Ball. Don't work harder than you have to!

Don't Work Too Hard

What's better than tight abs and a great posterior? Not having to work too hard to get it! I'm loving the support that the Bender Ball gives my back when I'm using the bender method to tighten my core and shape my abdominals. I mean, if you can get great results without all that extraneous pain involved in traditional crunches - why wouldn't you?!

All Around Good Workout with Bender Method and Bender Ball

At the moment, I'm eating an alliterative supper: Salmon, Spinach, Sushi rice & Soy Vey sesame teriyaki sauce. Mmmm. But more to the point, we're here to talk about the bender ball, right? Well, I just want to say that while you might get comfortable doing the first couple of workouts and never moving beyond them: do yourself a favor and don't stay right there in that comfort zone. If you give all the workouts a shot and then rotate through them, you'll get a really well-rounded workout. Also, don't limit yourself just to the mini stability ball, either. Also use the resistance band for the old one-two punch.

Better Fitness Level With Bender Method

I just had a nice experience while exercising with a friend. Mind you, I never exercise with anyone else. But it turns out it can be more encouraging than I thought! She runs several times a week (I never do) and we went out so that she could run and I could have a good walk. She was amazed at how in shape I was, contrary to how I was telling her that I'm really out of shape. I'm not sure if my perception is really off or what. I'm thinking that my regular bender ball workouts are really helping with my overall level of fitness.
